How do I get started?
Create an account, verify you're 18+ by uploading a valid ID in Settings, then deposit funds to your wallet to start playing.
How do deposits work?
Choose a payment method (crypto via Paymento, or card/Cash App via BinPay), select an amount, and complete payment. Your wallet is credited automatically once the payment confirms.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
We're an 18+ platform and are required to confirm the age and identity of our players. Upload a government-issued ID in Settings; an admin reviews and approves it.
How long do crypto deposits take?
Bitcoin and Ethereum can take 30-60 minutes to confirm on-chain. Litecoin and USDT are usually much faster.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
From your wallet, choose Withdraw, add a payout method (debit card or Venmo), and submit. Every withdrawal is reviewed by an admin before payout.
What's the difference between my wallet and a game balance?
Your wallet holds your funds. You recharge a game from your wallet to play, and redeem winnings from the game back to your wallet.
